Shipping policy

Electronic products will be delivered via our partner platform BookFunnel (Access your order by signing into your bookfunnel library at my.bookfunnel.com using the email address entered at checkout and/or through the delivery email sent from bookfunnel) when the transaction processes. Customer is responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout which includes ensuring that any auto-filled email address is correct as well. 

Physical products are generally processed within five business days of payment, but may be processed as quickly as the day the order is placed.

IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout which includes ensuring that any auto-filled address is correct.

In the event the order is placed using an incorrect address, once shipped, there is no guarantee the order can be retrieved. If requested by the customer, we will attempt to have the order redirected back to the shop. This service incurs non-refundable service fees (there is no guarantee the order will be able to be intercepted) as well as the cost of new postage to reship the order to the new address (only applicable if the order is retrieved).

Please contact Store@miralynkelly.com immediately if you have entered an incorrect shipping address and we will make every effort to update your order before it ships. However, once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update it. 

EU Shipping
EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.
1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact
